The Reshaping of Info-Sys
On November 21st, 2005 the ownership of Info-Sys changed hands. With this change we are beginning to see the reshaping of Info-Sys. Customer satisfaction and solid version releases are the two main pushes of the new management team.
In order to provide you, the Info-Sys Enterprise client, with these two important factors steps have and will be taken in the areas of quality control and testing, software development, version architecture and employee training. We are looking forward to 2006 and see Info-Sys entering its golden age. We are excited and driven to provide you, the end-user, with true innovation, flexibility and support.
 Luc Dubois, President
Info-Sys Software Inc. is proud to announce that Luc Dubois, with over 20 years of information system experience in
the technology industry, has joined the Company in the position of President, effective since November 21, 2005.
Mr. Dubois’ business acumen, strategic insight and experience in the high tech sector will be key assets as we continue to implement initiatives that will help us achieve our growth objectives. This is an important step in strengthening our organization and our new management team.
Mr. Dubois, who will be responsible for overseeing all of Info-Sys’ functions, has a solid track record in strategic planning and corporate reporting, treasury, financing, architecture, support, implementation, mergers and acquisitions, analysis for business investment decisions and team building.
He comes to Info-Sys from Emergis where he served as Senior Vice-President for more than 9 years, he was responsible for multiple teams developing and managing solutions that automated transactions and provided secure exchanges of information. His experience extends to the Montreal Stock Exchange where for over 10 years he held positions of increasing responsibility.
Mr. Andre Hamel, being the founder of Info-Sys, will continue to work closely with the new owners to ease the transition for our current clients.
“It was time to lower my day to day activities and important for me to find capable people who were ready to bring Info-Sys to the next level…” said Mr. Hamel.

 Vered Benmoha, Vice President, Quality Control
Mrs. Benmoha, is responsible for developing and implementing software quality practices.
She comes to Info-Sys from Emergis, where
she served as Senior QA Director. She was responsible for developing and implementing the quality assurance team, tools and practices.
Mrs. Benmoha has extensive knowledge in process engineering, software testing and implementing process improvement best practices.
 Stephane Hamel, Vice President, Product and Technology
Mr. Hamel, will be responsible for the development of current and future releases of our product.
Mr. Hamel has a strong background in the development of petroleum software products. He has worked for over 10 years as a controller and for over 8 years as the development director of Info-Sys.
Mr. Hamel comes to us with extensive knowledge of the current Info-sys Enterprise Software and market trends and new technology.

to know – A New Beginning
Although there have been major changes in the management and ownership at Info-Sys there have been no changes to the supervisor, support and programming staff. Our first order of business, however, is to implement new guidelines and procedures to make our current clients satisfied with their Info-Sys experience.

The Info-sys Software Management Team is evolving into the “Best-In-Class” framework of systems development.
